Ariba' Singapore office is located in the Central Business District (CBD). There are several modes of public transportation from the Singapore Changi International Airport to Ariba Singapore.

By Taxi Services

The taxi stand is located just outside the Arrival Hall on Level 1 in Terminal 1, and located at both ends of the Arrival Hall on Level 1 in Terminal 2. Taxis charge according to the meter. A surcharge of S$3.00 is payable for all trips originating from Changi Airport. A surcharge of S$5.00 is payable on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for trips after 5pm to midnight. Details of other surcharges may be found at the taxi stand or posted on the door of the taxis.

By Trains (Mass Rapid Transit - MRT)

Changi Airport is connected with the rest of Singapore through the MRT network. The nearest MRT station (MRT) to the office is "Raffles Place".

For passenger convenience, the 12 trains deployed on the through service are retrofitted with luggage racks and have free space next to the doorways. Passengers are advised to note that the luggage brought into the train should not exceed 81 cm x 58 cm x 30 cm.

By Airport Shuttle Service

• Passengers can enjoy a comfortable ride on the 6-seater Mercedes MaxiCab taxis from the airport to any hotel in Singapore (except Le Meridien Changi and hotels in Sentosa) and anywhere in the Central Business District.
• The service operates from the Arrival Halls of both terminals between 6 a.m. and midnight, daily. It departs every 30 minutes during off-peak hours (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and every 15 minutes during peak hours (6 p.m. to midnight) or as and when there are a total of 6 passengers on board.
• Fares are priced at $7.00 per adult and $5.00 per child, and are to be paid in cash to the airport shuttle drivers.
• Bookings can be made at the Airport Shuttle counters located at the Arrival Halls of both terminals.

We are located in the commercial sector of the city at Sun Hung Kai Centre.  We are just 5 minutes walk from the Novotel Century Hong Kong Hotel, 10 minutes walk to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre and 15 minutes walk to the Wanchai MTR station.  Due to the special geographic location of Hong Kong, it is not a usual practice for foreign visitors to drive in Hong Kong. Therefore, our advice to visitors is to take the public transportation.

By Metro

As soon as you come out from the Customs at the airport, you will find an Airport Express station right in front of you. In front of the Airport Express, you will find a ticket center at which you can get your ticket to the Hong Kong Station in Central. The fare for a single journey for an adult is HK$100 and HK$50 for a child. It takes about 23 minutes from the airport at Chek Lap Kok to the Hong Kong Station at which you can get a taxi and go to the Hong Kong Office directly. The taxi fare is around HK$30.

Airport Express runs every 10 minutes daily from 05:50 to 01:15.

By Taxi

The taxi stand is located just outside the arrival hall. It takes about 40 minutes from the airport to the Hong Kong Office and costs about HK$380 (all toll fees inclusive).

By Public Bus Services

Airbuses are dedicated to departing and arriving airline passengers. The buses run at frequent intervals and the fare is competitive at HK$40 per single journey.  They stop at all major hotels including Novotel Century Hotel. Ticket can be purchased at the Customer Service Centre in the Meeters & Greeters Hall (Booth B10).

Australia

Ariba' Australia office is located in the IBM Tower which is situated in Southbank, directly across the river from the Melbourne CBD. Depending on where you want to go, it takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes to walk to the CBD. There is also a taxi rank next to the office.

From Tullamarine Airport:

• Take a taxi from the airport. This will cost approximately AUD45-50 and will take 35-40 minutes to get to the office.
• Ask the taxi driver to take you to the Sheraton Towers Hotel, Southgate (Southgate and Southbank are the same area and are used interchangeably.).
• Our office is right across the entrance to the hotel.

Do not take a taxi; it will cost you over US$200! 

Take an Airport Limousine Bus from the airport to ANA Hotel. It costs JPY 3,000  (US$25) and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.   You see the office building (Akasaka Twin Tower, East) on the other side of the street.

Bookings cannot be made for buses departing from Narita Airport. Limousine bus

However, the service interval for the Limousine Bus to ANA Hotel is long (30 - 60 min depending on the arrival time).  Therefore, if you have to wait long for the next bus to ANA Hotel, take a Limousine Bus to Tokyo Station instead (service interval is much shorter), and take a taxi from there.  The taxi ride will cost you around JPY 1,500 - 2,000 (US$12 - US$16) depending on the traffic conditions.  You can also take Narita Express (bullet train) from Narita airport to Tokyo Station.  It cost you JPY 3,300 (US$ 28).
