Ariba Online Learning Policies and Procedures

Registration policies:
Credit card transactions/ If you are registering for an Ariba course and choose the credit card option as your payment choice, your card will be charged immediately and you will receive a system generated receipt as proof of purchase. Once the Training Coordinator confirms your enrollment, you will also receive an email confirmation which details course information and logistics.
PO transactions
If you are registering for a course and use PO option as your payment choice, you must fax a copy of the PO to 650-390-1320 with in 48 hours of registering. Upon receipt of your PO, the Training Coordinator will confirm your enrollment and you will receive an email confirmation which details course information and logistics. Upon completion of the course, Ariba will invoice against the PO, which will be due upon receipt. The invoice is your proof of purchase
Cancellation policy:
No penalties will be assessed if Customer submits cancellation 10 business days prior to scheduled delivery date.
50% of the class/service fee will be charged if Customer submits cancellation less than 10 business days, but greater than 5 business days prior to scheduled delivery date.
100% of the class/service fee will be charged if Customer submits cancellation less than 5 business days.
A reschedule is equivalent to a cancellation.
Should you need to cancel your enrollment once registered for a course, Ariba Education will place your payment as a credit to your company's account which may be used for future courses.
Ariba reserves the right to cancel scheduled classes should minimum enrollment not be met. Should this be the case, students will be notified 14 days prior to the start of the scheduled class in order to avoid travel penalties that may be imposed by airlines and assumes no responsibility for such. Every effort will be made to avoid cancellations and meeting student training requirements.
